FR: La perturbation continue sa route vers l'ouest. Les hautes-pressions dominent produisant un assez beau temps mais des Alizés assez forts peuvent transporter des averses occasionnelles. La mer continue de se renforcer au large et la houle va repasser au nord-nord-ouest la semaine prochaine. Prudence en mer et sur les plages! Peu de changements dans les prochains jours...

EN: The disturbance continues its way westward. High pressure dominate producing a fairly good weather but with fresh Winds. These Trade Winds can bring occasional showers. Seas continue to strengthen offshore and swell is expected to shift again NNW. Caution at sea and on the beaches! Little change during the next few days...

  3. Front froid au sud de la Floride se déplaçant vers l'Est. Dissipation probable dans 3 jours | Cold front south of Florida. Expected to dissipate within 2-3 days.

 

 

PRÉVISIONS DÉTAILLÉES (FR): 

HIER: Assez beau temps parfois assez nuageux mais sans averses (au NBBC). Vents modérés, mer assez agitée en baie avec des moutons (crêtes d'écume). Houle de nord modérée. Averses peut-être la nuit dernière.

NBBC, 8:45 h: Partiellement nuageux avec une averse possible (il a plu entre 7 et 8 h). Vent modérés 20 km/h de ESE à NE avec des rafales. Mer faiblement agitée en baie. Température: 27ºC , Ressentie 31ºC. Humidité 65-70 %. Actuellement, il n'y a pas d'ORAGES dans notre région. Température de la mer ≃26,5ºC. À 10:30, le ciel est presque couvert et des petites averses ont déjà eu lieu.

AUJOURD'HUI: Prévisions: ABT partiellement ensoleillé avec des passages nuageux et une chances d'averses surtout ce matin et la nuit. Les Alizés continuent de se renforcer progressivement 20-25-30 km/h. La mer devient agitée à très agitée au large voire localement forte, un peu agitée en baie. ASSEZ FORTE HOULE de NNE. Prudence en mer et sur les plages!  

WEEKEND: Peu de changements. Assez beau temps en général mais les Alizés peuvent produire des averses occasionnelles surtout demain Samedi. Les vents et la mer continuent de se renforcer possible à près de 30 km/h et la mer devient très agitée à forte 1,8-2,1-2,50 m. Dimanche: Beau temps avec de rares averses. Mer forte 2,1 à 2,4 m. ASSEZ FORTE HOULE de NNE. Prudence en mer et sur les plages!

SEMAINE PROCHAINE (pas garanti!): Pas de gros changements à première vue: ABT avec de rares averses. Peut-être un peu plus humide en milieu et fin de semaine. Vents frais 15-20 nds. Mer forte. ASSEZ FORTE HOULE retournant au Nord-nord-ouest. Prudence en mer et sur les plages!

YESTERDAY: Fairly good but with lot of clouds at times. No showers at NBBC. Moderate winds, slight waves in the bay with some whitecaps. Moderate north swell. Possible showers during the night and early morning.

NBBC, 9:45 am: Fairly good wx mostly cloudy with a chance of a passing shower (showers from 7 to 8 am). Moderate (≃10 kts) ESE to NE winds. Slightly choppy waves in the bay. Temp 28ºC / 82º F feels like 33ºC / 91ºF. Humidity: 76% (increasing). Currently, there are no thunderstorms on the region. Sea water temp probably around 26.5ºC/80ºF. At 10:30 am, the sky is almost overcast and a few light showers occurred.

TODAY: Fairly good weather partly sunny to cloudy at times with a chance of passing showers mainly this morning and tonight. Trade winds continue to increase 20-25-30 kmh or 12-15-18 Mph. Seas becoming moderate to locally rough in open waters and choppy in the bay. SWELL: NNE swell. Small craft and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution.

WEEKEND: Little change. Relatively good weather in general but trade winds could produce occasional showers mainly tomorrow, Saturday. Winds: 15-20 kts. Seas: 6-7-8 ft. Sunday: good wx in general with a low chance of showers. Winds continue to strengthen near 20 kts. Rough seas: 7-8 ft. NNE swell. Small craft and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution.

NEXT WEEK (not guaranteed !): Little change. Fairly good wx with few showers. Perhaps a little more humid around midweek and the weekend. Winds and seas could slightly improve. NNW swell. Small craft and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution.

FR: La saison cyclonique 2016 de l'Atlantique Nord s'est terminée officiellement le 30 Novembre avec 15 tempêtes nommées, 7 ouragans dont 3 ouragans majeurs, 1765 victimes et 11.6 milliards dollars de dégâts. Notre région n'a subi aucun phénomène. Plus d'information

La saison 2017 reprendra officiellement le 1er Juin pour les zones US et le 1er Juillet 2017 pour les Antilles Françaises mais il n'est pas rare que des cyclones se forment dès le mois de Mai de l'Amérique Centrale au Sud-Est USA.

EN: The 2016 North Atlantic hurricane season ended November, 30 with 15 named storms, 7 hurricanes including 3 major hurricanes, 1.765 fatalities and 11.6 billions of dollars damage. Our region have not been affected by any Tropical Cyclone. More information.

 

The 2017 season officially resumes on June 1 st for French Antilles and July 1st  for US areas, but it is not uncommon for cyclones to form as of May between Central America & Southeastern USA.
