  • Tropical Storm Emily, Florida then off East Coast of the US. Follow it wit the NHC
  • System in Atlantic east of Lesser Antilles: over.
  • High chance of Tropical Cyclone formation in Tropical Atlantic from mid-august and overall at the end of the month.

2 Ondes Tropicales (OT) assez actives vont se succéder dans les prochains 6-7 jours.

En principe, on attend un temps plus humide cette semaine.

      1. OT* dans env 36 h soit Mardi-nuit ou Mercredi (pourrait être assez active).
      2. OT* possiblement active aussi et pouvant être accompagnée d'une perturbation. Arrivée dans 6-7 jours soit Lundi-Mardi.

Les hautes pressions reprennent le dessus temporairement produisant des Alizés relativement forts, possible 20-25 nd (45 kmh). Ces alizés peuvent être porteurs d'averses occasionnelles.
  • DERNIÈRES 24 H: Assez beau temps avec quelques rares averses. Vents légers de sud-est à Est env 20 kmh avec des rafales à 40 kmh cette nuit. Mer belle en baie.
  • ACTUELLEMENT 7-8 h: Quelques nuages avec de belles éclaircies. Risque de pluies: 30%. Brume de sable: assez dense (+). Températures: 28ºC (-). Humidité: 94% (+). Satellite: masse nuageuse active venant du sud-est. Radar: RAS ou hors-portée. Orages: aucun sur la région. Vents modérés NE env 20-30 kmh avec des rafales à 40-45 kmh. Mer agitée en baie.   • AUJOURD'HUI: Assez beau T peu nuageux devenant nuageux en cours de journée avec environ 30-40% de risques d'averses augmetant la nuit prochaine 60%. Petit risque d'orages. Les vents pourraient se renforcer jusqu'à 30-40 kmh avec de fortes rafales et la mer devient forte 2,5 à 2,7 m.
  • JOURS SUIVANTS: Peu de changements. On attend des averses jusqu'à Jeudi, peut-être Vendredi-nuit. Les vents devraient s'améliorer un peu Jeudi soir puis Vendredi. Idem pour la mer.
  • WEEKEND: mélioration Samedi et Dimanche. Beau temps surtout ensoleillé avec une faible chance d'averses.
  • À Partir de LUNDI:  nouvelle dégradation possible.

      The high pressure takes over temporarily producing relatively strong Tradewinds, possible 20-25 kts. These winds can carry occasional showers.

      • TODAY: Partly to mostly cloudy at times with a 30% chance of passing showers increasing tonight 60%. Slight chance of thunerstorms. Winds increasing 20 kts and higher with strong gusts. Seas becoming rough 7-8-9 ft.
      • FOLLOWING DAYS,  we expect a significant wx deterioration with possible heavy downpour and thunderstorms until Thursday, Friday maybe. Winds and seas should slightly improve from Thursday night and a little more Friday.

L'application CapCap (ou Cap.Cap) est conçue pour plusieurs îles des Caraïbes dont St. Maarten et Anguilla et peut être mise en Français. Elle semble bien fonctionner (1 alerte/test par mois)

J'ignore s'il existe pour d'autres téléphones et pour PC

Voir aussi Atlantic Ocean Tsunami Alerter (Android seulement), un simple widget (très) invisible et (très) discret. Se manifeste seulement en cas de menace semble-t-il (pas sûr qu'il fonctionne toutefois. J'ai quelques inquiétudes...)
