 CURRENTLY, THERE IS ALMOST NO CHANCE  OF TROPICAL CYCLONE OVER THE LESSER ANTILLES...

 ACTUELLEMENT, IL N'Y A QUASIMENT AUCUN RISQUE DE CYCLONE SUR LES PETITES ANTILLES...



CYCLONE KARL. Tout juste une Tempête Tropicale. Cependant, un certain renforcement est possible demain. La trajectoire estimée par le NHC le fait passer à environ 625 km au nord-est de nos îles Mercredi et Jeudi prochains. Il faut cependant rester vigilant car il reste toujours une certaine incertitude. RESTEZ À L'ÉCOUTE!

 Aucun autre cyclone ne menace les Petites Antilles





TROPICAL CYCLONE KARL. Barely a Tropical Storm but some strengthening is possible tomorrow. Its estimated path runs widely northeast off our islands at about 385 miles (NHC model). However, we must continue to closely monitor this system because there is still some uncertainty. ETA: Wednesday and Thursday. STAY TUNED!

 No other tropical system threatens our islands.

  • 96L (Future LISA) sort des côtes d'Afrique. Il devrait trouver temporairement un environnement favorable en début de semaine prochaine. FAIBLE RISQUE DE MENACER NOTRE RÉGION. À surveiller quand même...
  • TEMPÊTE TROPICALE JULIA fait son come-back... NE MENACE PAS NOTRE RÉGION.


2 OTHER TROPICAL SYSTEMS

  • Invest 96L / future LISA. A broad area of low pressure located a few hundred miles southeast of the Cabo Verde Islands is producing a large, but disorganized area of cloudiness and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions are expected to be conducive for development, and a tropical depression is likely to form by mid-week while the low moves west-northwestward to northwestward across the eastern tropical Atlantic. Formation chance through 5 days...high...70 %. LOW RISK OF THREAT FOR OUR REGION. However, should be monitored.
  • JULIA TRYING TO MAKE A COMEBACK... NO THREAT TO OUR REGION

  3. Talweg/queue au sud de Karl. Arrivée Jeudi approx.
  4. TEMPÊTE TROPICAL KARL. Mercredi-jeudi. Devrait passer à plus de 600 km au nord-est. À SURVEILLER de PRÈS quand même!

METEO | WEATHER

Une petite perturbation a provoqué hier et la nuit dernière des pluies fortes à modérées et de nombreux orages. Actuellement, elle s'éloigne et son activité diminue mais il n'est pas impossible que de nouvelles averses et orages se produisent d'ici demain avec l'arrivée d'une Onde Tropicale. Celle-ci est cependant peu active.
En principe, le temps devrait être assez beau mardi et mercredi.

  • Hier: mauvais temps, orages le matin, soirée et nuit. Nombreuses averses modérées à fortes.
  • En ce moment, ≃ 9 h: Partiellement nuageux avec de faibles chances d'averses, mer calme, vents légers. Température 28ºC.
  • Plus tard aujourd'hui: En principe, plutôt beau temps sauf si le talweg ou l'Onde Tropicale se renforce. Possibles averses isolées parfois soutenues.
  • Demain et mardi: Assez beau temps mais une onde tropicale faible pourrait apporter quelques averses si elle se réactive...
  • Mercredi et Jeudi: plutôt beau temps avec de rares averses. Approche du CYCLONE KARL (tempête tropicale) environ 650 km au Nord-est. En principe, le temps devrait rester beau sauf si ce système se rapproche trop. De plus, la partie sud d'un cyclone est la plus calme. À surveiller de près!
  • De Jeudi nuit à Vendredi, un talweg pourrait apporter quelques averses.






 A small disturbance caused yesterday and last night numerous heavy to moderate rain and thunderstorms.   • From Tomorrow to Tuesday: Fairly good wx but a weak tropical wave coud bring a few showers if it reactive ...
  • Wednesday and Thursday: rather good weather with few showers. However, KARL should approach as tropical storm at about 650 km (400 mi) north-east. In principle, the weather should remain fine unless this system comes too close. In addition, the southern part of a cyclone is generally quieter. To Monitor!
  • From Thursday night to Friday, a trough (Karl's tail) may bring some rain.
