Le centre de Danny est prévu de passer dans environ 10 h sur le sud de la Guadeloupe et Marie-Galante soit demain matin . Peu ou pas danger pour St Martin actuellement, car Danny est prévu de passer au pire à 200 km au sud-ouest et très affaibli. On peut cependant espérer quelques belles averses pour contrer la sécheresse.

Danny is now a Tropical Depression. 8 pm ... little track change. The center of Danny is expected to arrive within about 10 hours in the south of Guadeloupe and Marie-Galante ie tomorrow morning. Little or no danger for St Martin now because Danny is expected to spend at worst 200 km south-west and very weak. However, we can expect some good showers to fight the drought.

Danny continue de s'affaiblir en se hâtant vers le sud de la Guadeloupe. Les vents soutenus maximums sont tombés à 65 km/h (avec de fortes rafales cependant) et Danny devrait passer très bientôt en simple Dépression Tropicale. 
La trajectoire estimée passe maintenant sensiblement plus au sud, entre la Guadeloupe et La Dominique ce qui devrait faire passer Danny au plus proche à 210 km au sud de St Martin demain vers 14 h. C'est évidemment une très bonne affaire pour nous!

Danny continues to weaken, running toward the south of Guadeloupe island. Maximum sustained winds dropped to 40 mph (with strong gusts though) and Danny should become very soon a simple Tropical Depression.

The estimated path is now further south, between Guadeloupe and Dominica and Danny should pass to the nearest point at 210 km/131 miles south of St Martin tomorrow around 2 pm. This is obviously a very good deal for us!

BONNE NOUVELLE! Nouvelle Trajectoire de 11 h: DANNY devrait passer nettement plus au sud en fin de nuit, sur la pointe nord de Grande-Terre en Guadeloupe, nous mettant ainsi à l'abri des vents les plus forts (force-tempête) qui soufflent jusqu'à 95 km du centre. Il reste prévu de redevenir une simple Dépression Tropicale demain en fin de journée quand il sera au plus près de nos îles, à environ 145 km. C'est beaucoup mieux!

LA PRÉFECTURE A AURAIT ANNULÉ LES ALERTES TEMPÊTE TROPICALE POUR LA GUADELOUPE (?), ST MARTIN ET ST BARTH (MAIS PAS LES VIGILANCES ORANGES) D'APRÈS LE NHC.

GOOD NEWS! New Path at 11 am: DANNY expected to run significantly more south late tonight or tomorrow morning, on the northern tip of Grande-Terre in Guadeloupe, bringing us safe from the strongest winds (tropical storm-force) blowing up 60 miles from the center. In addition, it remains expected to become a simple Tropical Depression late tomorrow when it will be closer to our islands, about 90 mi. It's much better! 

THE GOVERNMENT OF FRANCE HAS DISCONTINUED THE TROPICAL STORM WATCH FOR GUADELOUPE...ST. BARTHELEMY...AND ST. MARTIN.

CYCLONES: DANNY, maintenant une Tempête Tropicale, va passer environ 80 km au sud de nos îles dans la journée de demain. Il devrait continuer de s'affaiblir et devrait devenir une simple Dépression Tropicale en cours de journée demain avec des vents inférieurs à 70 km/h.
