Environmental conditions are expected to be marginally conducive for some slow development of this disturbance through the weekend, with upper-level winds becoming less favorable early next week. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
Une onde tropicale environ 1600 km à l'ouest-sud-ouest des Îles du Cap-Vert (près de l'Afrique) produit une large zone de nuages et d'averse. There is a greater than 90% chance that El Niño will continue through Northern Hemisphere winter 2015-16, and around an 80% chance it will last into early spring 2016.
